Tina Sherman of Arkansas sent some n*ked pictures of herself to her husband's cellular phone. Phillip Sherman her husband accidentally left his cellphone in McDonald's in Fayettville Arkansas on July 5, 2008. The McDonald staff promises Mr. Sherman that they will secure the phone until he gets it.
Later on Tina Sherman began receiving lewd text messages, phones calls about her n*de photos. She found out later on that her private photos were already online along with her name, and contact details. The site posting the private pictures described how the McDonald employee retrieved the said private photos.
It is because of this that the Shermans are suing McDonald Corp. for a minimum of $3 million.
I think everyone should learn from this. The important lesson is to never place photos in your cellular phones or mobile phones that you don't want others to see. Cellphones can get lost, and once that happens everything there is including purely personal matters can fall in the wrong hands and then you are doomed!
Just be safe. Never put anything too private in your mobile phones and be extra careful not to misplace your cellphones..
